Software RESET
If your copy won't work or if you are facing problems you could not solve, we suggest to set back the program to the factory defaults. Follow these steps:
Download the current version of Child Control:

After the installation process there should be a question like "Database found, do you want to use these settings?". Click NO to reset all settings. The program will start again with the factory defaults. If you want to uninstall it now use the File -> Uninstall menu. IMPORTANT: Please wait up to 5 minutes after you have entered the password. In some rare cases the database is beeing repaired in background and windows gives you a (wrong!) "not responding" message. Serials/licenses of previous versions (from 2009 on) are still valid in the current version. Enter it again via menu Edit -> Enter serial.
