Password via email
Why did I get this email?
Thank you for using Child Control. When you set up your Child Control password, you also entered your email address. Now, when you invoke the install program, the password prompt will also include a link with the words “Forgot?” If you click it, your password will be sent to the email address that you specified. This featurewill help you recover a forgotten password.
You can change the password and email address by selecting the Edit > Enter password menu. If you leave the “Email” field there blank, the “Forgot” link will no longer appear, and it will no longer be possible to obtain the passwordby email. If someone has changed the password, you can find instructions for resetting in the FAQ.
If you do not have Child Control installed, and have received this email in error, it is likely that one of our customers has entered his email address incorrectly. If you wish, we will block any further attempt to use your email address. In this case, just send us a short email (support (at) salfeld.com).
