Password forgotten
There is a hint if you have forgotten your password: If you are using the trial version of the program, enter '0000-1234-0000' (without the '') to delete the password. NOTE: This works only in the trial version! If you are using the registered version enter your serialnumber (you have recieved this via mail) to delete the password. If you can't retrieve the serial number send us an email from the (email) address you used in the purchase process. Please provide us also with your full name, (postal) address and approx. date of purchase.
If you want to change your password, you could do this by starting the Child Control settings program (on the local PC). Select menu Edit -> Change password to change the local password. If you want to change username/password for the Internet Remote feature you might do this it in section Settings -> Internet Remote.
