Reset of Online Functions
Maybe a RESET of the Remote Inferface could help: Start Child Control on the local PC and select the section Settings -> Remote. Disable the Internet Remote feature. After that enable it again. Wait 1-2 minutes and try to login in the web interface again (http://www.salfeld.com/login). If that won't work you could try it with another login name (it doesn't matter, if the email address exists or not). Make sure you are connected to the Internet and press the "Test" button in section "Remote".
PS: Make sure that you are using the latest version, we improved a lot of remote functions and removed some bugs in the latest release. Click menu Help -> Online-Update to see if you are using the current version.
