E-Mail problems
If sending E-Mails won't work it is in majority of cases a problem of SPAM detection of your email program or your provider. Check your SPAM/JUNK folder for mails with the sender "info@salfeld-security.com". That is the sender address which Child Control uses for sending mails. You can request a testmail at every time by pressing the Testmail button in Email notification area.
Make also sure, that no Antivus or firewall program blocks the Child Control access to the Internet. Use the Test button in Internet General section to check the connection. You could also check Log Files -> Details -> History Child Control for entries "Send e-mail xyz sucessfully (or failed)".
